IMPORTANT LOUISIANA LEGAL INFORMATION — MEDICAL MALPRACTICE
Statute of Limitations: 1 year from the date you discovered or should have discovered the malpractice under La. R.S. § 9:5628. Absolute maximum: 3 years from the date the malpractice occurred regardless of discovery.
