These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment in the TopDog Law, P.A. (“TopDog Law”) Case Updates text messaging program (the “Program”). By opting in to the Program, you hereby agree to the following:
- You consent to receive informational and service-related text messages from TopDog Law related to your case, including case education, case progress updates, and requests for feedback. These messages are not marketing or promotional, and your consent to receive them is not a condition of the legal services you receive from TopDog Law.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the short code (you may also text CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE, if supported by your carrier). After you send us the SMS message “STOP”, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have successfully been unsubscribed. After this, you will not receive any more SMS messages from this number. If you want to resubscribe, you may reply “START” or sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the Program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at (877) 541-1203.
- Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message frequency varies and is based on your case activity and the phase of your case; you may receive multiple messages per week during active case phases and fewer messages during periods of inactivity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your carrier.
- You must be 18 years of age or older or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian and be the account holder (or have the account holder’s permission) for the mobile number provided, to participate in this Program.
