Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Neil is an experienced trial attorney with more than a decade of litigation experience. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis School of Law in 2008 and began his legal career practicing criminal law, where he represented individuals facing serious charges and developed extensive courtroom and trial experience.

After more than a decade as both a criminal defense attorney and a prosecutor, Neil transitioned in 2021 to representing injured plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. Drawing on his background as a seasoned trial lawyer, he advocates aggressively for clients who have been harmed by the negligence of others, guiding them through complex legal matters with a focus on accountability and fair compensation.

Neil is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Arkansas. He is admitted to all federal courts in Arkansas, as well as the United States District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee.
