Blake Swan

Personal Statement:

I have always believed that my purpose is not only to be a man I can be proud of but to be someone others can rely on.

My goal is to share my gifts with others and hopefully make their lives a bit better during the toughest times. I worked tirelessly in law school because I knew it was a pathway to fulfilling my true purpose in life.

In law school, I ranked in the top 10 percent of my class after my first semester and received a book award in my first year, an honor given to the best overall student in a particular subject. I took three bar exams over three years and passed them all on my first attempt. After law school, I joined a law firm and quickly became the highest-producing associate. I have dedicated my career to helping people who have been injured and tirelessly work to get them the justice they deserve.

However, what I bring to the table is not just a strong work ethic but also compassion. It’s challenging for others to understand what someone has been through, and my job is to help illustrate that picture. It is a picture that can only be painted by someone who truly cares about their client, and in that art lies my greatest gift.

The only thing I value more than my work is my beautiful family. I am a father, husband, brother, and son. I cherish the time spent with my family, and my favorite hobby is boating. I grew up sailing as a child and also love motorboats. I am a member of the Florida Bar, Tennessee Bar, Arkansas Bar, Georgia Bar, and Mississippi Bar, and I have represented injury victims in all five states, recovering over $90,000,000.00 on their behalf.

Mission Statement:

Blake’s mission is to be of service to others. He works and fights hard for his clients, serving them at the highest level possible. Blake aims to build strong relationships with his clients, allowing him to maintain integrity while representing them. His ultimate goal is to achieve ideal compensation for his clients in a timely manner.
