Frank Gaddy

Frank Gaddy is a personal injury trial attorney with 10 years of experience representing seriously injured people across Georgia. An Atlanta native, Frank earned his B.A. in International Affairs summa cum laude from Kennesaw State University before going on to Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law, where he received a Merit Scholarship, competed on the National Trial Competition Mock Trial Team, and served as both a Student Ambassador and Academic Success Mentor. Early in his career, Frank represented both plaintiffs and corporations in complex litigation, an experience that gave him a firsthand understanding of how defense counsel and insurance companies evaluate and approach cases, an advantage he now puts to work exclusively for injured clients.

Frank concentrates his practice on catastrophic personal injury cases involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect and abuse, construction accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death, among others. His results speak to the caliber of his advocacy: a $5,200,000 fraud verdict, a $1,500,000 medical malpractice recovery, and a $1,000,000 nursing home neglect recovery, among numerous additional six and seven-figure outcomes throughout his career. Frank has been recognized as a National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 inductee and has served as President of the William A. Bootle American Inn of Court. Within the State Bar of Georgia's Young Lawyers Division, he has served as Co-Chair of the Litigation Committee, member of the Board of Directors, and recipient of both the YLD Award of Achievement for Service to the Bar and the YLD President's Award. He has also served on the State Bar's Judicial Qualifications Nominating Committee and Statewide Judicial Evaluation Committee, and has given back to the profession as an Adjunct Professor of Advanced Legal Writing at Mercer University School of Law.

Outside the courtroom, Frank is a husband and father of two young boys. A former wrestler, he trains in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and boxing and enjoys strength training, getting outdoors, good food, and time with his family.
