Blake Swan is a Managing Partner at TopDog Law with 16 years of legal experience representing seriously injured people across six states. Blake earned his B.S. in International Business from Roger Williams University before going on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America. He is licensed to practice in Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, and Arizona.
Blake has dedicated his career to standing up for people who have been injured through the negligence of others, handling cases involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking and commercial vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, premises liability, wrongful death, and motorcycle accidents. Over the course of his career he has recovered over $90,000,000 on behalf of his clients, with recent results including a $1,250,000 settlement in Tennessee and a $500,000 settlement in Arkansas. What drives Blake isn't just the results, it's the relationships. He believes the strongest cases are built on genuine trust between an attorney and client, and that the most powerful advocacy comes from truly understanding what someone has been through.
Outside the office, Blake is a devoted husband and father who values time with his family above all else. He grew up sailing and remains an avid boater to this day.
