Allen Gressett

Allen Gressett is a personal injury trial attorney with 16 years of legal experience representing seriously injured people across Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Kentucky. Allen earned his B.S. in Psychology from Mississippi State University before earning his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, where he was a member of the school's nationally ranked Moot Court Board and inducted into the prestigious Order of Barristers. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Kentucky, and is an active member of the Mississippi Association for Justice, where he was elected by his peers to serve on the Board of Governors, as well as the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association.

Allen has spent his career taking on corporate defendants and insurance companies on behalf of people who have been seriously hurt, recovering nearly $45 million for his clients since 2017 alone. Before joining TopDog, he represented thousands of clients harmed by corporate negligence and man-made environmental disasters, securing tens of millions of dollars in damages across some of the most complex litigation in the region. His case results include a $1,000,000 Uber settlement, a $750,000 trucking settlement, and a $300,000 negligent security settlement, among many others. His practice covers motor vehicle accidents, trucking and commercial vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, premises liability, wrongful death, and motorcycle accidents. Allen has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Mid-South Rising Star and was named to the Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association, a distinction reserved for the most impactful attorneys in the country under forty.

Allen lives in Olive Branch, Mississippi with his wife Jenn and their two children, Jackson and Ellie. He plays drums in the praise band at his church, enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his family and their dog Bertie.
