Michael Dickenson is a civil trial lawyer licensed to practice in Tennessee and Florida. Mr. Dickenson has litigated a wide variety of cases in state and federal court including: trucking cases, medical malpractice, wrongful death, negligent security, product liability, aviation accidents, train accidents, construction accidents, shootings, sexual assault, automobile crashes, and premises liability. Mr. Dickenson has recovered millions of dollars for his clients through trial and settlement. 

He has tried dozens of cases to verdict including a $14.3 million-dollar gross verdict in a trucking case and a jury verdict in an automobile collision case that resulted in a $1.5 million-dollar post-verdict settlement.

Mr. Dickenson is a proud graduate of the head start program. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Dickenson worked in the telecommunication industry and has participated in disaster recovery operations in Tennessee and Florida following tornadoes, floods and hurricanes. Mr. Dickenson is an active member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.

Mr. Dickenson currently resides in East Tennessee with his wife and two sons.
