Jacob Cross is a personal injury attorney whose practice focuses on civil litigation and compassionate, client-centered advocacy. He represents people in personal injury and other civil matters and handles cases through all phases of litigation so clients feel supported at every step. He is also a proud member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association.

Jacob has broad litigation experience from his work at civil litigation firms, where he has handled a wide range of personal injury and other complex cases that inform his approach to advocacy today.

He has also taught prospective law students as a Teaching and Research Fellow at Appalachian School of Law, helping them develop clear, client-focused legal writing.

A double graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Jacob earned his J.D. from UT College of Law and his B.A. in English with a concentration in literature. He pairs that training with a strong interest in technology and AI, using streamlined systems to manage his cases and communication so clients experience a process that is organized, transparent, and respectful.

Outside of practice, Jacob lives with his partner, Keeley, and their two cats, Obi and Tony. He is a runner and hiker, a devoted Tennessee Volunteers fan, and enjoys tabletop and PC gaming.
