Ashley Eagle

Ashley Eagle is a civil litigation attorney at TopDog Law whose path to personal injury law was shaped by years of experience on both sides of the courtroom. A north Florida native who has called south Florida home for over a decade, Ashley earned her B.A. in English Literature from the University of Central Florida and her J.D. from St. Thomas University College of Law, passing the Florida Bar on her first attempt. She began her litigation career protecting homeowners from wrongful foreclosures in federal and state courts, then expanded into personal injury defense, spending three years building cases from the defense side before making a deliberate shift to advocating for the injured.

That dual perspective is what makes Ashley a formidable attorney. She knows how the other side prepares, what arguments they lean on, and where their cases are weakest. She uses that knowledge to build stronger cases for her clients and to hold negligent parties fully accountable. Her approach combines strategic aggression with genuine care for the people she represents because she knows that behind every case is someone going through one of the hardest experiences of their life.

Ashley is committed to being a strong, clear voice for clients at every stage of the legal process. She believes that thorough preparation and honest communication are the foundation of effective representation. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, practicing Pilates, and reading historical fiction.
